The Commercial Director of the Consortium, Javier Gutiérrez, explains to a group of entrepreneurs from the mountain municipality the advantageous conditions of the business incubator
Last month, the Free Trade Zone Executive Committee already approved the rates and conditions for the marketing of these warehouses, all air-conditioned, which can be accessed from €233 per month.

This morning, the Cádiz Free Trade Zone organized a pre-marketing information day for the 10-house nursery that is being carried out in Ubrique, in collaboration with the Cádiz Chamber of Commerce and the INCYDE Foundation. The objective of this initiative has been to have direct contact with the business community of the municipality to offer them a detailed presentation of the advantages and rates of the new equipment, meeting their demands in a personalized way.
The Commercial Director of Zona Franca, Javier Gutiérrez, has met with a group of twenty-five interested parties at the Ubrique City Council and has informed them of the marketing conditions of the 10 nest warehouses, as well as their characteristics, which are built on the IT-5B plot of Partial Plan 1 of Ubrique, measuring 1,575 m.2
It is worth remembering that this event – similar to others already carried out by Zona Franca in Vejer and Arcos – takes place after the meeting a few days ago between the Special Delegate of the State, Jorge Ramos, and the mayor of Ubrique, Isabel Gómez, who agreed on the need to advance in the marketing of the warehouses in parallel to the works, which will be completed in October.
During this morning's meeting, the Commercial Director of the Consortium detailed the types of warehouses that the nursery will house, which will have different sizes, with eight of 133 m planned.2 and two of 147 m2, all of them with mezzanines and equipped with the best qualities, highlighting that all of them are sold air-conditioned.
Thus, it has exposed the rates and conditions for its commercialization, approved by the Free Zone Executive Committee in June, for which you can opt from 233 euros per month for spaces of 133 m2, while the 147 m ships2 They will have a rental price of 257 euros per month.
This project, co-financed by funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013, involves a total investment of 1.4 million euros, including the acquisition of the land from the Chamber of Commerce of Cádiz, and has prioritized functionality and efficiency in the distribution of the buildings. Zona Franca has carried out an aesthetic and quality commitment that provides added value to both the industrial estate and the surroundings, for example, volumes and heights have been defined with the aim of optimizing energy production from renewable sources.
To end the day, Javier Gutiérrez stressed the opportunity that this important facility represents for the mountain municipality, which will enable the creation of new spaces and encouraged the business community in the area to bet on this new facility in which they will be able to start and/or consolidate their activities with advantageous conditions and a minimum economic impact for their businesses.
