The session began at 1:00 p.m. on first call
On July 24, 2015; At 1:00 p.m. on the first call and at 1:30 p.m. on the second call, the Executive Committee of the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium met at its Headquarters, to learn about, deliberate and adopt agreements on the matters contemplated in the following Agenda:
FIRST.- Authorization of Agreement between the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium and the Port Authority of the Bay of Cádiz for the use of a plot of 11,819.45 square meters, located in the Cádiz Free Zone Port. (Includes land occupied by ALTADIS).
SECOND.-Authorization for early redemption of the reservation census and cancellation of the resolutory condition on registered property 5596 of R.P 1 of Cádiz, owned by González-Santiago. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
THIRD.- Authorization for early redemption of the reservation census and cancellation of the resolutory condition on registration property 9938 of the R.P. 1 of Cádiz, owned by Cádiz Siglo XXI. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
FOURTH.- Authorization for the creation, modification and deletion of personal data files of the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium. Once authorized by the Committee, it will be published in the BOP and registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
FIFTH.- Approval of modification of the conditions of application of the Special Bonus for public utility associations approved for the assets of the Outer Campus.
SIXTH.-Authorization of Works File for the execution of the “”PROJECT FOR ADAPTATION OF SHIP 28 IN BLOCK ID-3 OF ROTA AS A BUSINESS CENTER (CEEI). Contracting financed by Funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013″. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
