The Special Delegate of the State in the Free Zone of Cádiz, Jorge Ramos, and the Mayor of Jerez, Mamen Sánchez, accompanied by the Deputy Mayor and Delegate of Urban Planning, Francisco Camas, visited this morning the rehabilitation works of the San Agustín building as a Business Center. The visit has been guided by the Puyol and Cruz Arquitectos team, in charge of drafting the execution project of the Business Center, as well as by the management and technical team of Zona Franca and the construction company UTE Nacimiento, Infraestructura y Medioambiente SA-Vimac SA-Construcciones Francisco Manzano SL.
The works, which operate on an area of 4,500 m2, They are progressing at a very good pace, being 85% complete and currently aluminum carpentry work is being carried out, assembly of screens, air conditioning installations, the flooring of the central patio is being carried out and in the near future the rest of the installations will be completed as well as the assembly of elevators, so the work is scheduled to conclude at the end of summer. In addition to visiting the works of the San Agustín cloister, there was a tour of the La Caballerizas building, inaugurated last March.
During the visit, Jorge Ramos explained that "this Business Center, which includes the Caballerizas annex building already inaugurated last May, is the best example of Zona Franca's commitment to the municipality and pays off a debt contracted with the municipality.
