The Commercial Director of the Consortium, Javier Gutiérrez, reported on the offer of offices, offices and premises and the conditions to access them
The Free Trade Zone of Cádiz held on Thursday at the House of Culture of Vejer de la Frontera a pre-marketing information day for the new business center that the Consortium, in collaboration with the City Council, is developing on Avenida Buenavista in the town.
This meeting, which was led by the director of the Consortium's Commercial Department, Javier Gutiérrez, was truly fruitful and seventeen companies and professionals have submitted requests seeking information to access the Free Zone facilities.
Zona Franca began a pre-marketing campaign last week in Arcos de la Frontera where it is also constructing a business building. The initiative consists of having direct contact with the business community of each municipality in which the Cádiz Institution has projects underway, as well as with any interested party who wants to make their project a reality with a detailed exhibition of the commercial offer of the property, meeting their demands in a personalized way, offering new spaces with services that will increase the competitiveness of their businesses.
The commercial manager of the Free Trade Zone, who was accompanied by the councilor of the Vejer City Council, Daniel Sánchez, explained the details of the building and the conditions of access to it before a large group of businessmen and professionals from various sectors. In fact, the requests collected on Thursday belong to sectors such as infographics, design and photography, architecture, consulting, insurance, real estate, engineering, education and restoration, among others.
Gutiérrez reported on prices and surface areas of the available facilities, modules aimed at entrepreneurs, liberal professionals or any businessman who wants to undertake a business activity in a professional, modern environment equipped with the most advanced technology, being able to settle in an office from 145 euros per month. He also explained details about the available premises.
Zona Franca, which plans to have the building completed - with 85% of its structure already finished - by the end of this year, is carrying out a business center in Vejer de la Frontera that will have 15 offices, classrooms for different uses and a coworking room, in addition to 300 m2 for commercial premises. On the other hand, the other area of the building, about 529 m2, will be for the Hospitality School and municipal services.
At the same time, a sports complex with two covered paddle tennis courts and a bio-healthy park will be built on a 1,816 m2 plot, which will give added value to the entire area.
