Zona Franca will put out to tender the Tiro Janer urbanization work this summer

The Free Trade Zone delegate explained that the work will conclude during the month of June

Yesterday, the State delegate in the Free Trade Zone, Jorge Ramos, accompanied by the mayor of San Fernando, José Loaiza, visited the archaeological work being carried out on the plot where the Tiro Janer Business Park will be built.
Ramos took the opportunity to announce that the urbanization project has already been delivered to the City Council for its timely processing and its initial approval is expected in the coming days, meaning that the urbanization work will be put out to tender during this summer.
The archaeological excavation of the remains found in the old Janer barracks is now in its final stretch and it is expected that the work will end at the end of June, which will allow Zona Franca to develop the Business Park project in this enclave.
Zona Franca purchased the old Janer Shooting Range from the Ministry of Defense in 2013 and since then the Consortium has carried out intense work that began with the demolition of the old facilities. Subsequently, the important archaeological finds and the meticulous work by the experts slowed down the process.
The Consortium now intends to expedite the work as much as possible to successfully complete the planned project, a commercial and business park with a maximum construction of approximately 60,000 square meters for which contacts have already been made with companies interested in installing it in this magnificently located enclave.
