On February 9, 2015, at 12 noon on the first call and at 12:30 on the second call, the Plenary Session of the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium must meet, at its Headquarters, to meet, deliberate and make agreements on the matters on the Agenda.
AGENDA
FIRST. Reading and approval, if applicable, of Minutes 1/14 of the session held on July 21, 2014.
SECOND. Supervision of agreements of the Executive Committee.
THIRD. Approval of rates for the fiscal year 2015 and 2016.
ROOM. Approval of the Accounts of the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium corresponding to the financial year 2013.
QUINTO. Approval of the Consolidated Accounts of the Zona Franca de Cádiz Group corresponding to the financial year 2013.
SIXTH. Authorization for the transformation of part of the drawn balance of the line of credit between Desarrollos Empresariales de la Zona Franca de Cádiz, S.A. (DEZF) and the Marismas del Palmones Business and Technology Park, S.A. (TECPAL) and subsequent extension of the new limit of the remaining part of the credit line.
SEVENTH. Authorization for the modification of the budgets approved for the fiscal year 2015. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what was agreed.
OCTAVO. Authorization for the expansion of the Tax Precinct in Cádiz and Los Barrios (Cádiz). Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
