The Free Trade Zone of Cádiz put out to tender yesterday, with the publication in the Official State Gazette (BOE) and in the Contractor's Profile of the Consortium's Website, the tender for the Works for the Execution of the basic project and execution of 10 warehouses on plot IT-5B of the Partial Plan 1 of Ubrique (Cádiz).
This action, financed by funds requested in the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013, has a base bidding budget of 999,563.35 euros (VAT not included) and a deadline for the presentation of offers until next February 17, at 2:00 p.m. The action has a total investment of 1.4 million euros, including the acquisition of the land.
Once the offers are received, the qualification process will proceed, following the requirements demanded in the specifications. The opening of the technical offers is scheduled for February 25, at 12:00 p.m., the information of which will be reported in a timely manner through the Contractor Profile on the website www.zonafrancacadiz.com.
The 10 warehouses will be built on an area of 1,575 square meters and will have different sizes, with 4 of 140 square meters planned, 3 of 170 square meters and another 3 of 175 square meters, all of them with mezzanines and equipped with the best qualities.
