On July 21, 2014, at 10:30 a.m. on second call, the Plenary Session of the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium met, at its Headquarters, to meet, deliberate and make agreements on the matters on the Agenda.
FIRST.- Reading and approval, if applicable, of Minutes 3/13 of the session held on December 26, 2013.
SECOND.- Termination and appointment of a member representative of the Hon. Cádiz City Council at the Plenary Session of the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium.
THIRD.- Supervision of agreements of the Executive Committee.
ROOM.- Authorization for the constitution of a mortgage guarantee on the Europa Building for the formalization of a loan with Banco Santander.
QUINTO.- Authorization to extend the limit of the credit line between Desarrollos Empresariales de la Zona Franca de Cádiz SAU (DEZF) and Parque Empresarial y Tecnológico de las Marismas del Palmones SA (TECPAL).
SIXTH.- 2015 Budget Approval.
SEVENTH.- Report on the liquidation processes of RILCO and QUALITY SERVICE.
OCTAVO.- Authorization to set a new rent for Hormigones Mar de Chiclana.
NINTH– Adaptation of the regime for the distribution of powers of CZFC bodies to the new additional provision 23ª of the Heritage Law.
TENTH.- Report on lease contract with PRODUCTOS CONGELADOS DEL SUR, S.A. (PROCOSUR).
