Zona Franca puts its last two plots in the Interior Area on the market

The Free Trade Zone of Cádiz has made available to entrepreneurs the last two plots that are available in the Interior Area, in the area near the dock, and which are offered with important discounts depending on the characteristics of the company to be established.
The plots, located on Vía de Germany and Vía de Francia streets, have a surface area of 4,602 m2 and 4,500 m2 respectively and according to their urban characteristics, they allow a buildable area of 1.8 m2/m2, with 100% occupancy and a height of two floors.
The Cádiz Consortium puts both plots of land on the market with significant price discounts, which can reach up to 55% depending on certain characteristics of the contract and the type of activity of the company to be installed.
In this way, companies dedicated to foreign trade or logistics activities would mainly be rewarded, in addition to those entrepreneurial projects that involve job creation. In the same way, the surface area to be contracted and the duration of the contract will be taken into account.
It is important to note that of the 203,183 m2 of existing properties inside the Tax Precinct, only a little more than 10,000 are available, most of them in warehouses and offices, so the Consortium responds with this offer to more specific needs of the business community.
The Free Zone will provide a solution to the high occupancy of the Site with the space needs that this entails with the expansion of the Site both in Cádiz capital and in other municipalities, work that is being carried out thanks to the support of the Government and institutional collaboration.
With this offer, the Free Trade Zone continues the line of work maintained in the last two and a half years, promoting entrepreneurial activity and job creation, in addition to the traditional activities of the Interior Precinct.
