The MicroSMEs Improvement program in the municipality of La Línea, organized by the Campo de Gibraltar Chamber of Commerce and the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium, began yesterday Monday with the participation of a total of twenty-two urban business projects in the town. The initiative, aimed at promoting the business community, improving the management of SMEs and promoting self-employment, is developed through the INCYDE Foundation (Camera Institute for Business Creation and Development), co-financed by the European Social Fund and has the collaboration of the La Línea City Council.
This training action corresponds to the second of the three INCYDE Foundation programs that the chamber entity will develop this year under the agreement signed with the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium on March 21 and which, together with the European Social Fund, will allow the co-financing of these activities. The first of them, Business Creation and Consolidation, is currently being held at the headquarters of the chamber entity in Algeciras and will end on June 12. The second is currently taking place in La Línea and the last is planned in Tarifa in the last quarter of the year.
SCHEDULE THE LINE
Specifically, the group of twenty-two La Línea projects, made up of companies from the commerce and services sector, will attend group sessions and individualized tutorials over five weeks where they will receive advice to improve their sales strategy. To do this, they will learn window dressing techniques, establish communication strategies in new social media (blogs, social networks) and design an online marketing plan. Ultimately, they will consolidate a global action plan that will improve the relationship with customers in business, both at the point of sale itself and through the Internet. This business plan will be delivered to them at the end of the program.
This Micro-SMEs Improvement program, which will last until June 26, is structured in 160 hours, 12 of them in person and the rest intended for individualized tutorials adapted to the time availability of the participants. In this way, the course is organized into joint training sessions and individual consultancies that will allow us to offer specific training adapted to the demands posed by each merchant.
The contents are distributed in four modules in which different areas of the company's activity will be addressed: general checkup of the establishment; window dressing and interior architecture; marketing and digital strategy; new technologies and computer solutions.
