On April 25, 2014; At 12 noon on the first call and at 12:30 on the second call, the Executive Committee of the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium must meet at its Headquarters, to meet, deliberate and adopt agreements on the matters contemplated in the following Agenda:
FIRST.- Report on criminal proceedings Quality.
SECOND.- Authorization to submit to the opinion of the General State Attorney's Office, which decides the conflict, the request for review of the fee applied to a ship located in the service area of the port. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
THIRD.- Approval of model-type documents of specific administrative clauses for the contracting, by open procedure, of execution of works; provision of project writing services; project drafting and/or project management and, finally, control and supervision of works. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
ROOM.- Modification of the agreement adopted by the Executive Committee dated March 13, 2014 on the contracting file for the construction works of facilities destined for CARBURES. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
QUINTO.- Modification of the contract for the execution of construction works of the Warehouse for Logistics Operator P1-13 of the Las Salinas Industrial Estate in El Puerto de Santa María. Administrative Contracting File CO-0031-2013-00-A. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
SIXTH.- Authorization for the suspension and extension of the execution period of the works contract necessary for the execution of the basic project and execution of the administrative building in Algeciras (Cádiz). File CO -0044-2012-00-A. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
SEVENTH.- Ratification of appeal against the second liquidation of IBI of the Algeciras City Council.
