The Free Zone of Cádiz has dissolved the companies Parque Comercial Las Salinas and Inmobiliaria Zona Franca, which have been absorbed by Desarrollos Empresariales de la Zona Franca de Cádiz. The public deed that ratifies this liquidation was registered in the Commercial Registry of Cádiz last Friday.
This step is part of the process of liquidation of its former companies undertaken by the Cádiz Free Zone after the agreement of the Council of Ministers of March 16, 2012 by which the Restructuring and rationalization Plan of the public business sector and state foundations was approved.
The Agreement of the Council of Ministers contemplated the merger of the two companies absorbed with Desarrollos Empresariales de la Zona Franca de Cádiz and the liquidation of Red Iberoamericana de Logística y Comercio (RILCO), and the four companies that make up the Quality Group, Corporación Alimentaria Quality, Quality Fish, Quality Service and Quality Food.
In these cases, the Consortium has carried out the liquidation operations of Red Iberoamericana de Logística y Comercio SAU, which included the subrogation of a loan by the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium approved by the Executive Committee on March 25, 2014, and of Quality Service Gestión de Servicios Integrales SAU and Quality Fish Industrias Pesqueras SA, therefore, at the next General Meeting of the aforementioned companies, will proceed to its formal liquidation.
The other two companies that make up the Quality Group, Corporación Alimentaria Quality SA and Quality Food Industria Alimentaria SAU, will be liquidated as soon as the judicial situation that affects both companies allows it, as indicated by the General Technical Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations.
