The Cádiz Free Trade Zone is carrying out specific internship programs in its participating companies focused on university students, secondary and high school students, as well as groups and associations, in order to promote the comprehensive training and professionalization of future entrepreneurs in the province.
In this context, students from the Rafael Alberti Secondary Education Institute of Cádiz from the middle-grade cycle of Administrative Management began an internship a few days ago at the company Servicios Documentales de Andalucía Zona Franca (SDA), dedicated to document management and external custody of files.
The practices are carried out at the SDA headquarters in the city of Cádiz, specifically in a 6,000 square meter warehouse located in the Cádiz tax area. The training received favors the acquisition of technical and methodological skills, facilitates employability and promotes entrepreneurship capacity.
The practices, which will last until May 10, are supervised by qualified personnel from the company who will guide the students in document consulting, document processing, storage and custody, as well as digitization and destruction of files, always maintaining the fundamental premises of Documentary Services of Andalusia that prioritize the security of documents and the confidentiality of all data.
Following this line of training action, it has already started internships with business university students at the Algeciras Free Warehouse.
In addition to this type of training actions, the Consortium also works to open the Institution to society, and in this sense it is worth remembering that at the beginning of 2013 it launched a program of guided tours of its facilities that are being widely accepted by educational centers, institutes, neighborhood associations, professional associations, etc., who tour and learn first-hand about the services and the main companies in the Free Zone and check how the Consortium has adapted to new times and works for a primary objective: to promote business activity and serve as support for the creation of new companies in order to contribute to job creation
