Twenty-six companies are competing for the competition to draft the basic and execution project for the Multifunctional Building that the Cádiz Free Trade Zone plans to build on plot C-1 of the El Peral Industrial Estate in Arcos de la Frontera and whose deadline for submitting offers ended this Monday, November 25. The opening of technical offers will take place on December 4.
The tender budget is 195,880 euros (VAT not included) and the execution period for drafting the project, which is financed by funds requested within the framework of the Feder de Andalucía Operational Program 2007-2013, is 75 days.
The State delegate in the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, Jorge Ramos, and the mayor of Arcos de la Frontera, José Luis Núñez, ratified at the end of last year the collaboration agreement through which the Consortium recovers an old commitment with Arcos that contemplates the construction of a business center intended mainly for entrepreneurs, which will have the latest technologies and amenities necessary for the installation of a company with minimal difficulties.
This action includes the construction of a new business center that will sit on a 2,908 m plot², will have a maximum total constructed area of 5,820 m² and will be distributed, in the first phase, on the ground floor for commercial premises of approximately 1,160 m², a Business Center on the first floor and an underground parking lot with a total area of 1,180 m2.
In a later phase, a building will be built with a ground floor for premises with an area of 1,160 m2, and a first and second floor, of the same area, for offices.
The building will have all the advantages that Zona Franca one has available to the business community to facilitate the implementation of companies, such as high technology, common secretariat, rental of classrooms, even furniture, among others.
