The results of the review and the contracting standards will be submitted for approval by the Executive Committee
The State delegate in the Free Zone of Cádiz, Jorge Ramos, ordered days ago the Department of Human Resources of the Free Zone to undertake with maximum speed and rigor the review of all hiring carried out in the Free Zone to determine the procedures followed in the hiring of people during the previous mandate.
Given the evidence of the lack of regulated procedures at that stage and the more than sectarian use in the selection criteria carried out, a previously non-existent selection procedure was also launched some time ago, which will be elevated to standard and submitted to the Executive Committee for approval, a fact that had not been carried out previously.
It is Zona Franca's intention with such actions to put an end to an era marked by easily demonstrable ideological and even family plugging.
