This Tuesday, May 7, 2013; At 9:30 a.m. on the first call and at 10 a.m. on the second call, the Executive Committee of the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium met on an extraordinary basis at its Headquarters, to learn about, deliberate and adopt agreements on the matters contemplated in the following Agenda:
FIRST.- Authorization for the subscription of a loan with Banco Popular for the financing of the construction works of the Business Center in the former San Agustín Convent in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz). Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
SECOND.- Ratification of loan signed with Banco Santander.
THIRD.- Report on the Resolution of the appeal for reconsideration filed by the Official College of Architects of Madrid (COAM) in File CA-0024-2013-00-A for the contracting of the drafting and complete preparation of the Works Execution Project “MULTIFUNCTIONAL BUILDING ON PLOT C-1 OF THE “EL PERAL” INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, in the municipality of Arcos de la Frontera (Cádiz). Contracting financed by Funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013. ”
