Today April 22, 2013; At 9:30 a.m. on the first call and at 10 a.m. on the second call, the Executive Committee of the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium must meet on an extraordinary basis at its Headquarters, to meet, deliberate and adopt agreements on the matters contemplated in the following Agenda:
FIRST.- Approval of the Minutes corresponding to the Executive Committee session of February 26, 2013.
SECOND.- Report on the Janer Shooting Range in San Fernando (Cádiz). Actions in progress.
THIRD.- Report on the basic project and execution of works for the adaptation of the ground and first floors of the Europa Building for the “Fernando Quiñones” Hospitality School.
FOURTH.- Ratification of allegations against the proposal for provisional liquidation of the Resource provided for in Legislative Royal Decree 1/1999. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
FIFTH.- Ratification of formulation of contentious-administrative appeal for seizure of rental income. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
SIXTH.- Draft FEDER management and control systems audit report. IGAE Control Plan 2013. Authorization for the formulation of Allegations. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
SEVENTH.- Report and decisions to be adopted in File CA-0023-2013-00-A for the contracting of the drafting and full preparation of the works execution project “ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING ON EQUIPMENT PLOT IN THE U.E.-2 OF S.A.U.11 “BUENAVISTA I”, in the municipality of Vejer de la Frontera (Cádiz). Financed contracting for Funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013.”

EIGHTH.- Report on File CA-0024-2013-00-A for the contracting of the drafting and complete preparation of the works Execution Project “MULTIFUNCTIONAL BUILDING ON PLOT C-1 OF THE “EL PERAL” INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, in the municipality of Arcos de la Frontera (Cádiz). Contracting financed by Funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013. ”

TENTH.- Decisions to be adopted by the Executive Committee as sole member acting in the General Meeting of DESARROLLOS EMPRESARIALES DE LA ZONA FRANCA DE CÁDIZ, S.A.U. (DEZF, formerly SOGEBAC):
First.- Authorization for the renewal of the reciprocal line of credit signed on July 26, 2011 between the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium and Desarrollos Empresariales de la Zona Franca de Cádiz, S.A.
Second.- Granting of powers for the execution of the agreements adopted and registration in the commercial registry.
Third.- Reading and approval, if applicable, of the session minutes.
ELEVENTH.- Authorization for the direct acquisition of a plot in “La Ardila”, in Tiro Janer, San Fernando (Cádiz). Delegation of powers.
TWELFTH.- Authorization for the direct acquisition of a plot in the Exterior Industrial Estate of the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, property of Abelló Linde, S.A. Delegation of powers.
THIRTEENTH.- Authorization for the direct acquisition of a plot in the Exterior Industrial Estate of the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, property of Playinter, S.L. Delegation of powers.
FOURTEENTH.- Authorization for the direct acquisition of a plot in the Exterior Industrial Estate of the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, property of the Provincial Council of Cádiz. Delegation of powers.
FIFTEENTH.- Authorization for the direct acquisition of the former Talleres Faro warehouse in the Exterior Industrial Estate of the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, property of the City Council of Cádiz. Delegation of powers. SIXTEENTH.- Protocol of Intentions to be signed with the company CARBURES. SEVENTEENTH.- Protocol of Intentions to be signed with His Excellency. Los Barrios City Council. EIGHTEENTH.- Authorization of measures to promote the sale of warehouses in the Los Isletes Industrial Park of San José del Valle (Cádiz). Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
NINETEENTH.- Reduction of rates to be applied to the INSS. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
TWENTIETH.- Modification of the acquisition option agreement for modules located in the Levante Business Park signed with the CEEI Bahía de Cádiz for the expansion of the Business Angels Network. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
TWENTY-FIRST.- Adjudication of the administrative contracting file for works for the execution of the Project called "Set of Industrial Warehouses in the Villa de Rota Industrial Estate. File. CO-0007-2013-00-A. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what was agreed.
