The delegate of the Cádiz Free Zone foresees that the urbanization of the Janer industrial estate will begin this year

The State delegate in the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium, Jorge Ramos, and the mayor of San Fernando, José Loaiza, visited this morning the site of the Tiro Janer industrial estate, acquired by the Free Zone on March 6 from the Ministry of Defense.
Both leaders have agreed to point out that the streamlining of the procedures to develop the future Commercial and Business Park has been carried out thanks to the loyalty between institutions, which according to Ramos "is being an example of what the coordination of efforts must be, from the moment in which it has been possible to meet a demand for years from San Fernando."
The Free Trade Zone delegate has indicated that the forecasts are that the urbanization process of the plot will begin this year, once the demolition has been carried out. –whose license has already been requested from the City Council -, and the urban planning procedures necessary for the development of the land, in which technicians from the Consortium and the Consistory are working together, preparing a plan and defining the uses that the future commercial and business park will have.
Ramos highlighted that in parallel with the demolition, archaeological tastings will be carried out that have already been awarded, since the action stands out for its sustainability and will protect the Asset of Cultural Interest located on the site.
For his part, José Loaiza pointed out that thanks to the Government of the Nation, a plot of land has been made available to the islanders that will promote the economic activity of the city of San Fernando and that, if the sectoral reports that have to be carried out are within their due time, this same year work on the site will be able to begin.
The plot acquired by the Consortium will allow the creation of a Commercial and Business Park with a maximum construction of approximately 60,000 square meters and with uses that will include commercial space, a business center, hotel use, and even a bus stop station is not ruled out.
