The Free Trade Zone of Cádiz has received 45 offers from companies to opt for the construction of 28 nest warehouses in the Villa de Rota Industrial Estate, once the deadline for submitting offers that closed last Friday ended. The Cádiz Consortium has already begun the procedure for verifying the administrative documentation presented and compliance with the corresponding requirements.
The next step will be the opening of the technical offers, which will take place on March 6, after which the Contracting Table, made up of technicians from the Free Zone, will meet to analyze and rate the offers of the 45 companies.
The Free Zone put the contract for the work out to tender on January 26, after the day before the State delegate in the Free Zone, Jorge Ramos, and the mayor of Rota, Eva Corrales, completed the entire previous procedure with the signing of the collaboration agreement, on the one hand, and with the signing of the deed, on the other.
The work, which will consist of the construction of 28 nest ships on a plot of 7,407.83 m² and has a budget of 2,218,400.50 euros, VAT not included, it has a non-refundable subsidy of 1.77 million euros from the Reindus 2012 Plan.
