The Free Trade Zone published in the BOE on Monday, January 14, the tender for the competition for the supply and installation of office furniture for the new Business Center of the Europa Building, recently built in the Interior Precinct, located next to the industrial core of the capital, close to the Puntales and Loreto neighborhoods, the Poniente Business Park and the Astarté Building. The announcement has also been published in the Contractor's Profile on the Consortium's Website, whose address is www.zonafrancacadiz.com.
The deadline for submitting offers for the contest, which has a budget of 58,947.27 € (VAT not included), ends on Friday, February 1 at 2:00 p.m. All information in this regard is published on the aforementioned website and the documentation can also be picked up at the Consortium's Headquarters. The supply is financed by funds granted within the framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013.
The objective of the competition, which has a deadline for the supply of furniture not exceeding 25 days for the first lot, is to condition the third and fourth floors of the Europa Building as a Business Center. In the 1,720 square meters occupied by the two floors, at least 32 offices will initially be located to gradually expand the positions according to the needs of the clients up to a total of 67 jobs. For this second lot the supply period is reduced to 5 days, in accordance with Annex I of the tender documentation.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the supply and all modification work necessary for its correct installation. The contract will include all the tasks necessary for the installation of the furniture, transportation, access to the place, storage, unpacking, placement, assembly, cleaning and removal of packaging and remains of material.
Once the work is completed, Zona Franca will begin marketing the offices of the Business Center and installing those entrepreneurs and professionals who request it there, with which the Europa Building will expand the activity and occupation that the Diputación Collection Service has recently started, which occupies a total of 1,693.24 square meters on the ground, first and second floors.
