The State delegate in the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, Jorge Ramos, and the mayor of Arcos de la Frontera, José Luis Núñez, ratified yesterday in the mountain municipality the collaboration agreement through which the Consortium recovers an old commitment with Arcos that contemplates the construction of a business center intended mainly for entrepreneurs, which will have the latest technologies and amenities necessary for the installation of a company with minimal difficulties.
Jorge Ramos highlighted his satisfaction with this new building, which will be financed by Feder Funds, and encouraged "entrepreneurs not only in Arcos but throughout the Sierra to make use of these magnificent facilities, which aim to contribute to the promotion of the entrepreneurial fabric that is what creates companies and, ultimately, employment." Ramos pointed out that the available modules will offer advantageous conditions to entrepreneurs and stressed that they "are not only present in the Bay but also in this inland area and it is important to provide tools that facilitate work. That is precisely the objective of the Free Zone, the promotion of economic activity in the search for job creation." “In fact, we will be happy when an entrepreneur leaves because it will mean that their company has grown,” he added.
The delegate of the Free Trade Zone explained the technical characteristics of the new business center that will sit on a 2,910 m plot² , will have a total constructed area of 5,820 m² and will be distributed on the ground, first and second floors, including a 1,800 m commercial premises.² and an underground car park with 70 spaces.
Jorge Ramos outlined the advantages that the new building will offer users, ranging from high technology, common secretariat, rental of classrooms, even furniture, among others, so that the businessman "only has to think about starting to function as a company."
It is the Consortium's intention to complete the construction project of the new building in the next four months to submit it for approval by the Arcos City Council and, from there, begin the process of drafting the Terms and Conditions for its bidding in the first half of 2013.
This will be a Business Center in the same line as those that the Free Trade Zone already has operating in different municipalities of the province such as Cádiz, Algeciras and El Puerto de Santa María. These are business spaces for entrepreneurs and companies, with advantageous rentals, equipped with all the new technologies, and with a significant reduction in businessmen's expenses since they share everything from telephone operators to meeting rooms. In these business centers an entrepreneur can have his company set up in less than 24 hours since they are delivered perfectly equipped.
