Zona Franca launches a special monthly pass promotion in the Glorieta car park for €60

The Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium has launched a special subscription campaign in the Glorieta car park. Until next December 31, new customers who contract the monthly pass for passenger cars for one year will have a fee of 60 euros per month (reduction of 14%) and will get two months free to park their vehicle. In this way, the Consortium makes the offer of the Glorieta parking lot even more competitive, located in the business and industrial heart of the city and with direct access from the Carranza bridge and the main avenue.
This reduction in the price of the subscription is part of a broader campaign to adjust the sales prices of the Zona Franca parking lots, which was approved in the Executive Committee held last Monday, September 24, and which contemplates maintaining the sales prices in the city's car parks - Carranza, Glorieta and Loreto - until next December 31 without applying the increase in the VAT tax rate from 18% to 21%.
Specifically, over the next three months the Consortium is going to put parking spaces in the Glorieta parking lot up for sale through public bidding at 15,000 euros.
In the Loreto car park the price of parking is 16,000 euros. For its part, the good reception of the public sale offer in the Carranza Parking in force since last May has meant that Zona Franca has expanded the number of spaces on public offer, including Preference, South Fund and North Fund areas, making it possible to acquire one place from 19,000 euros. The Carranza Stadium Car Park is located in one of the most populated areas of the city and difficult to park all year round, while the Loreto car park is also located in an area of high population density, with good access from all points of the capital.
In parallel with these competitive sales prices, Zona Franca maintains its marketing in the aforementioned parking lots also on a rental basis and with monthly, day and night subscriptions, both for cars and motorcycles. On the Consortium's website www.zonafrancacadiz.com all parking marketing options and the rates corresponding to each of these options are broken down.
