The State delegate in the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium, Jorge Ramos, presents today at 11:00 a.m. the oil painting of the previous head of the Cádiz Institution, José de Mier, who, as is tradition, is in charge once he has mandate concluded.
Ramos and De Mier will hold a meeting at the Headquarters of the Consortium and will carry out a symbolic act of transfer of powers with the placement of the painting in the Plenary Hall of the Cádiz Institution next to the gallery of portraits of delegates and presidents of legislatures passed.
