The Free Zone Consortium celebrates the first Ordinary Plenary Session with Jorge Ramos as State delegate

The Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium is holding an Ordinary Plenary Session at its Headquarters this morning at 12:15 p.m., which will be the first since the appointment by the Minister of Finance of Jorge Ramos as Special Delegate of the State. last February.

The agenda of the Plenary Session, chaired by the mayor of the city and president of the Consortium, Teófila Martínez, will have the following agenda:


FIRST. Reading and approval, if applicable, of Minutes 1/11 of the session held on July 27, 2011.

SECOND. Take a pose of Vocals.

THIRD. Appointment of Members representing the State in the Executive Committee.

ROOM. Supervision of agreements of the Executive Committee.

QUINTO. Report on the agreement of the Council of Ministers regarding the restructuring of companies in which the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium participates and classification of the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium and investee companies.

SIXTH. Proposal for holding sessions of the Consortium's bodies.

SEVENTH. Approval of rates for the Interior Facility.

OCTAVO. Requests and Questions.

After the celebration of the Plan, the Consortium will hold an Executive Committee with 38 points next Tuesday, May 29.
