Zona Franca and the Chipiona City Council finalize a project of 5 nest warehouses in the municipality

The State delegate in the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium, Jorge Ramos, met this morning with the mayor of Chipiona, Antonio Peña, and with the Deputy Mayor and delegate of Urban Planning and Promotion, Rafael Naval, to review the joint initiatives between both institutions and study the possibilities of carrying out projects that stimulate the economic activity from Chipiona.

During the meeting, which took place in the Consortium's social building, Zona Franca and the City Council advanced various actions, among which they prioritized the execution of five nest ships, of approximately 130 square meters each, which will be built in Execution Unit nº16 called “La Estación”, on a 1,042 square meter plot of municipal ownership.

In this sense, the mayor has delivered to the Free Trade Zone delegate the project drawn up by the City Council itself, which foresees an investment of more than 500,000 euros and which will be financed by both institutions in accordance with a collaboration agreement that will be signed in the near future. dates in the Chipionera town, to whose Town Hall the delegate will travel for this purpose.
