The delegate of the Free Trade Zone presents the project of the business building at the Algeciras City Council

The State delegate in the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium, Jorge Ramos Aznar, presents next Monday, April 23 at 11:00 a.m. the project of the new business building to the mayor of Algeciras, José Ignacio Landaluce, at the City Hall to obtaining a construction permit.

This act represents the last step to be able to put out to tender the project for the works of the aforementioned building, which will be built on a municipally owned plot, with a surface area of ​​4,000 square meters, located on Juan Pérez Arriete Avenue next to the Chamber of Commerce. .
The project, which is co-financed by the FEDER Funds, has a budget of 7,800,000€, VAT not included and will have a total constructed area of ​​8,445.59 square meters.
