The Algeciras facilities have capacity for 50,000 containers with an area of 1,200 square meters and 250 square meters of offices. The delegate to the Consortium announced that in a few days the Free Trade Zone will present the project for the new services building to the Algeciras City Council (together with the Chamber of Commerce), so the works will be put out to tender this year. Likewise, he stressed that the fiscal institution is going to expedite the procedures for the development of the Los Pastores industrial estate, which will affect an estimated area of 500,000 meters.
