The Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium is carrying out the works of adequacy, reform e independence of the ground and first floors of the North Bottom from the Carranza Stadium for the transfer to these new offices of the State Public Employment Service (SEPE).
Once the works are completed, which are very advanced, Zona Franca, owner of these premises inside the Stadium, will proceed to move the furniture, documentation and computer equipment, to expedite the definitive move of the SEPE, scheduled for the month of June .
Specifically, the State Public Employment Service will occupy a total of 3,500 useful square meters between the ground and first floors and will have 10 parking spaces in the North End.
The Cádiz Consortium awarded the contracting of the aforementioned works to FCC Construction S.A. on February 16 for an amount of 138,101 euros.
